About the Role
You will own a core product area from discovery through delivery and iteration. You collaborate with design engineering data and customer facing teams to shape a roadmap that advances our strategy and solves real user problems. You translate qualitative insight and quantitative evidence into clear product decisions with measurable outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
Drive product discovery customer interviews workflow mapping competitive research and data exploration
Define problem statements success metrics and north star outcomes for your domain
Create concise PRD style specs outlining goals user stories acceptance criteria edge cases and analytics events
Prioritize the backlog using evidence impact sizing and effort trade offs while maintaining transparency with stakeholders
Partner with engineering and design during sprint planning daily standups reviews and retros to ensure clarity and momentum
Instrument features with analytics events build dashboards track adoption retention funnel conversion and quality metrics
Run structured experiments design test plans validate results and scale successful patterns
Collaborate with marketing success and sales for feature readiness enablement messaging and launch execution
Gather post launch feedback monitor performance and iterate rapidly to improve usability reliability and customer value
Maintain a clear two quarter rolling roadmap with rationale and dependency awareness
You Will Succeed If You Have
Four or more years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform tooling
Strong discovery skills able to extract root problems not just surface requests
Fluency with metrics dashboards SQL or similar query skills and experiment design fundamentals
Ability to write crisp functional specs that remove ambiguity
Comfortable facilitating alignment across engineering design marketing revenue and leadership
Bias for action shipping incremental value while pursuing longer term outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication with structured reasoning
Nice To Have
Experience in advertising technology marketing automation creative tooling or data driven personalization products
Familiarity with AI or machine learning powered features and related ethical considerations
Basic understanding of design systems and component driven development
Exposure to enterprise security compliance and procurement processes
