About the Role
As Rev.AI’s Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own demand generation and user-acquisition strategies that fuel our revenue engine. You’ll design, execute, and optimize multi channel campaigns, spanning paid search, social, email, and partnerships, to deliver predictable pipeline and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and run performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, and emerging channels
Build and iterate on lifecycle email and drip sequences to nurture leads and reduce churn
Collaborate with Product Marketing to package offers, landing pages, and A/B tests that maximize conversion rates
Track, analyze, and report on acquisition KPIs (CAC, LTV:CAC, MQL→SQL conversion) and make data-backed recommendations
Manage a monthly paid-media budget of $50K+, optimizing bids, creatives, and targeting for ROI
Set up tracking and attribution (UTMs, Salesforce integrations, attribution platforms) to ensure full funnel visibility
Partner with Content and SEO teams to support organic growth initiatives and thought leadership campaigns
You’ll Excel If You Have
4+ years of B2B SaaS growth or performance-marketing experience
Hands-on expertise with paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and marketing-automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with Excel/Looker/Tableau to slice campaign data and draw actionable insights
Proven track record hitting MQL/SQL targets and optimizing funnel metrics
Exceptional project management, juggling multiple campaigns and stakeholders without dropping the ball
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) tools like Demandbase or Terminus
Familiarity with ad automation or creative personalization platforms (e.g., Rev.AI, Bannerflow)
SQL knowledge to pull ad-performance data directly from your warehouse
