About the Role
You will plan produce and optimize content that educates prospects showcases customer success and supports our demand programs. This includes long form articles product explainers case studies nurture assets and light multimedia scripts. You will work closely with product marketing growth design and customer success to keep messaging consistent and measurable.
Key Responsibilities
Own the editorial calendar across blog customer stories product updates and gated assets
Research outline write and edit clear authoritative pieces aligned with positioning and SEO goals
Interview customers internal experts and industry voices to create authentic case studies and narrative assets
Repurpose core pieces into social email and short form variants to extend reach
Maintain and improve on page SEO structure internal linking and metadata with quarterly audits
Collaborate with design on visuals diagrams and lightweight video scripting
Track performance metrics such as organic sessions assisted pipeline engagement time and content influenced conversions
Maintain a structured content library with version control taxonomy and tagging
Support product launches with messaging briefs release notes and enablement material
You Will Succeed If You Have
Three or more years creating B2B SaaS or martech content with measurable impact
Strong research and interviewing skills turning technical input into plain language
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals keyword intent page structure and analytics tools
Ability to manage multiple parallel deadlines with calm prioritization
Editorial rigor with excellent grammar clarity and consistency
Collaborative mindset comfortable integrating feedback from multiple stakeholders
Nice To Have
Experience in advertising tech marketing automation or creative operations domains
Familiarity with basic HTML CMS editing and lightweight analytics queries
Comfort with AI assisted drafting while enforcing human quality standards
